Terms & Conditions

1. SERIOUS BUYER ONLY! Back out buyers will be blacklisted.

2. Items are sold at a first come first serve basis and are not exchangeable, refundable or returnable.

3. Prices are fixed and non-negotiable.

4. All items are brand new and in perfect condition.

5. Postage charges will be bore by the buyers.

6. We will be using Poslaju Malaysia and Pos Ekspres Malaysia only.
(Postage charges depends on the weights of the items. Below are the standard charges. Again, we would like to inform the charges might be different according to the weight.)

*Pos Laju*

--> RM6 (WM), RM9 (EM) for below 500gm
additonal charge for parcel higher depending on weight/no. of items

*Pos Ekspres*

--> RM3.00, RM3.50, RM4.50, RM6.00

8. Colour of stocks may not be exactly the same to the display picture shown in website.

9. We will not be liable for any damages or loss caused during shipping of item(s).

HOW TO ORDER?

Before placing any order, please ensure you have read Terms & Condition applied.

1. Order confirmation via ORDER FORM/CALL/TEXT

2. Please wait for the confirmation from us. Please check your Spam Box if u didn't get our replies.

3. Please make FULL PAYMENT:

--> For payment made by online banking and cash deposit, please inform us and email the payment print screen or the scanned payment slip to us at deliciousyummycookies@yahoo.com once the transaction has been made or give us the transaction codes.

--> Payment must be made after confirming your order.

4. The item will be delivered to you on every Monday (except public holiday)
